ALIS-2000 Immunochemistry

ALIS-2000 networked data system for immunoassay was designed for bio-analytical laboratories performing routine analyses under GLP.  ALIS -2000 is a GLP and GMP compliant, Study/Protocol driven user configurable immuno assay data processing and reporting software.

ALIS-2000 Immunoassay software is based on MS Windows 98/2000/ NT 32-bit architecture, is part of the ALIS networked data system family of Immunochemistry and mass spectrometry applications.  The ALIS family ends the one-size-fits-all approach to software design by offering targeted applications that automate many of the everyday tasks of bio-analytical  laboratory personnel in particular laboratory environments such as immunoassay, mass spectrometry and liquid and gas chromatography.

A sample-centric user interface. One intuitively easy-to-navigate screen puts the sample at the center of the analytical process: the operator picks the sample, the sample automatically determines the method, and the method automatically selects calculation type and the reports. Anyone can operate the system without making a mistake.

One screen for Unlimited Immunoassay Data Systems.  Using ALIS-2000's data acquisition interface with Brendan Scientifics' StatLia,  you can access a wide variety of immunoassay instruments such as Plate Readers; Beta and Gamma Counters; and Fluorometers/Luminometers from a single ALIS-2000 software screen.  You can define plate configurations, output method specific sample sequence run list, read raw assay and processed data files, view real-time results, and check sample status without having to start a new software session.

Dynamic access to Unlimited Sub-Studies. Through ALIS-2000's unique Navigator screen, you can access unlimited number of sub-studies (storage stability, long term stability, freeze thaw stability, etc) and gain dynamic access to any extraction and immunoassay data for each without having to shut down the software.  This lets you quickly and easily see what is happening on any sub-studies at any given time.

Productive LAN communications. The software operates under  industry-standard local area network (LAN) systems - MS Windows NT, Novell NetWare and Linux (using Cetrix or SCO Windows bridge products). You can control and monitor sample status and processing (extraction and analytical data, calculations and reporting) from any networked PC for the most productive use of your time. You can also send reports to your customers instantly using the World Wide Web or using ALIS's eReport direct delivery via SMTP mail protocol in a variety of formats - EXCEL, WORD, TXT, HTML, etc.

Database architecture for secure and easy information storage and retrieval. To ensure data integrity and system reliability, a relational database stores together everything that relates to an extraction and analysis. Nothing is ever overwritten. A complete electronic audit trail with encrypted electronic signature is created by ALIS  to satisfy your most demanding regulatory needs (GLP, GMP and GALP).   ALIS utilizes task-based multi-level security allowing access to authorized staff to areas based on job description or task.

User Definable Qualitative & Quantitative Word-2000 Templates. ALIS-2000 utilizes MS-VBA enabled Word-2000 report templates to report qualitative and quantitative data that can be easily modified to meet your customers requirements.

Internet and Web Centric reporting. Using ALIS's reporting engine and software's Internet Explorer 5.0 viewer, you can report sample inventory, extraction and analytical reports incorporating graphics and text in
any compatible file format such as HTML, Java, MS Word for Windows, Excel, or ASCII text.
